Position Details

• Type: Full-Time

 

Key Responsibilities

As the  ADON , you will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of care. Specific responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.

• Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to ensure excellent care delivery.

• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Conducting staff training and evaluations to foster professional growth.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.

• Addressing and resolving any resident or family concerns related to care.

 

Qualifications

• Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania preferred

• Experience:

  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a long-term care, hospital, or related healthcare facility.

  • Familiarity with the geriatric population is preferred.

• Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to skilled nursing care.

• Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
