Associate Planner

Summary: IHL is seeking an Associate Planner to join our growing team! In this role, you will support cross-functional partners in developing and executing inventory and sales strategies that drive business performance within our Apparel division. Responsibilities Support the development of seasonal sales and inventory strategies Assist in managing inventory levels to support sales and margin goals Use planning systems and tools to help track product performance and drive business results Identify sales opportunities and support inventory optimization initiatives Maintain and analyze monthly ATS (Available-to-Sell) reporting to support decision‑making Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, or related field 3–7 years of experience in planning, merchandising, or a related role Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Job Logistics Location: New York, NY – Midtown West Compensation: Anticipated base salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 IHL is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
