Customer service rep

As an Service Incident Report (SIR) Clerk, you will handle customer inquiries and investigate issues with orders, products, and shipping. You'll analyze fulfillment data and partner with internal teams to find root causes and deliver timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support: Help customers via phone, email, and written channels.
• Investigate: Analyze order, inventory, and shipping records to identify root causes of errors.
• Collaborate: Work with Warehouse and Customer Service teams to resolve issues.
• Deliver: Manage cases accurately within target SLAs.
