Leasing Consultant - Reserve at Potomac Yard

As a Leasing Consultant you will spend half your week marketing the community, following up on leads, and the other half providing exceptional customer service to enhance resident experiences and maintain the property’s appeal. Responsibilities Proactively respond to sales leads and promote the community by addressing resident needs and providing information on availability, pricing, location, and amenities. Invite and schedule prospective residents for tours and employ effective selling techniques to close deals. Support community marketing efforts by positively influencing online presence and offering input on advertising campaigns. Explain lease provisions and community policies, ensure comprehensive move‑in activities, and conduct orientations for new residents. Ensure resident satisfaction and loyalty through prompt communication and proactive issue resolution. Efficiently manage leasing documents, process payments, and ensure completion of move‑in procedures. Work schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer‑service orientation—experience in retail sales or hospitality preferred. Well‑organized with the ability to prioritize and multi‑task. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with property management software and Google Suite. Valid driver’s license required if the role requires operating a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart); requirements vary by location. Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws. Office team employees must use their own smartphone to perform certain job aspects, with limited exceptions. Bonus Qualifications Experience in leasing or property management.
