Position: Administrative / Leasing Associate (Contract to Hire)

Location: Arlington, VA
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Bilingual Preferred: Spanish/English

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative/Leasing Associate to support the front desk operations for a residential property in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills. This role requires flexibility to handle varying workloads and the ability to work independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
Managing leasing inquiries and assisting with rental applications
Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
Maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment
Supporting property management staff with various duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Able to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
Highly attentive to detail and focused on accuracy
Patient, flexible, and dependable
