Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to create innovative marketing campaigns that drive engagement.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

4-year degree or relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer service .
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A self-motivated and goal-driven mindset.
A collaborative spirit, with an eagerness to work as part of a team.
Ability to commute to our Schaumburg office.
Prior leadership, coaching, or team management experience is a plus
