Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation with a specific focus on commercial and business-related disputes. This role involves representing clients in various legal proceedings, ensuring their interests are protected and advocating for favorable outcomes in complex cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings related to business and commercial disputes.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and contracts pertaining to litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, risks, and strategies related to business litigation.
• Manage all aspects of litigation cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to develop effective litigation strategies for clients.
• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolution options on behalf of clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business litigation, with a focus on commercial disputes.
• Trial experience is preferred/required
• Deposition experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, real estate disputes, and breach of contract issues.
• Experience with intellectual property, trade secrets, and securities litigation is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
