A respected and growing litigation firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Defense Attorney with approximately 3–8 years of experience to join its collaborative team.
This firm offers the rare combination of sophisticated employer-side work, strong compensation, and a sustainable lifestyle. Attorneys here handle high-level matters for clients while avoiding the rigid billable expectations and burnout culture often found in larger firms.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have experience representing employers in matters involving:
- Employment litigation
- Workplace investigations
- Wage & hour disputes
- Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
- Counseling employers on labor and employment matters
- Managing cases independently from pleadings through resolution
The firm is looking for a “plug-and-play” attorney who can step in and contribute immediately while continuing to grow within the practice.
