The Onsite Specialist will be stationed Onsite in one of our client locations. Onsite will independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process within a specialized industry. This role involves sourcing qualified candidates, Safety Walks, coordinating interviews, and serving as a key liaison between clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and standard office tools, and occasionally engage in local travel to support talent acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Post job openings on relevant platforms
- Screen resumes to identify top talent
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients and candidates throughout recruitment
- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for roles
- Generate and maintain recruitment data reports
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Talent acquisition expertise
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong interviewing and candidate sourcing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Effective negotiation and time management skills
