As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to help our clients by providing them with high-quality candidates in a timely manner. ** Responsibilities: ** Manage daily timekeeping and weekly payroll for all Luxor’s contract employees Establish relationships with the customer’s hiring managers and partners Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees On-board and train new employees Accurately maintain employee files ** Qualifications: ** Previous experience in recruiting preferred but not required Must be able to work overtime and some weekends as business demands fluctuate Ability to be on your most of the day walking throughout the facility Strong interpersonal communication skills Bilingual in English and Spanish required Company Description Luxor Staffing offers a corporate staffing experience, yet we provide the hands‑on service normally expected only from a small, locally‑owned firm.
