Recruiter

Support end-to-end hiring for staffing needs on-site in Chino, CA. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through screening , interviewing , and onboarding candidates Manage candidate pipelines using recruitment platforms and HR tools, including iCIMS and HRIS Participate in campus recruitment efforts to identify and attract fresh talent Apply HR sourcing techniques such as cold calling and networking to reach potential candidates Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and contribute to job description development Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruiting performance metrics using systems including Kronos and Paychex Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process Support talent management strategies aimed at retaining top performers Complete other tasks as assigned Requirements 1 to 2 years of staffing experience required Full cycle recruiting experience: 2 years required Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices Experience working with HRIS systems to track candidate information and recruitment metrics Bilingual Spanish required Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates Ability to perform cold calling as part of the sourcing strategy Familiarity with talent management processes and best practices Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail Technologies iCIMS HRIS Kronos Paychex Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Job Details Job type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Location: Chino, CA (onsite / in person) Language: Spanish (required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
