Pathway Group is looking for a Full Time/Hybrid skilled Manufacturing Recruiter

Pathway Group staffs and recruits, for multiple divisions and positions for clients in the Southern California area.

Job Responsibilities:
• Run a full recruitment process for open requisitions.
• Provide superb customer service to clients and candidates.
• Maintain an organized and productive recruitment desk.
• Clear and consultative communication with client and candidates
• General administrative and office assistance to other team members
• Accurately maintain requisition information and candidate progress.
• Care about your success and the companies.

Requirements:
• Strong Work Ethic.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write emails in a professional and consultative manner.
• Ability to transcribe conversations into emails with detail and accuracy.
• Ability to engage customers and provide an excellent client experience.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

• Ability to perform tasks accurately & independently with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to set priorities and stay organized.
