We are seeking a motivated and results driven Staffing Recruiter to identify, attract, and place qualified candidates into temporary, contract, and direct hire positions. The Staffing Recruiter will manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening through placement while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and job fit.
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate job details, pay rates, schedules, and employment requirements clearly to candidates.
• Complete background checks, and required onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and assigned clients.
• Follow up with placed employees and clients to ensure successful placements.
• Meet recruiting, placement, and productivity goals.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively interview and evaluate candidates.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and online recruiting platforms.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in temporary or contract staffing.
• Experience with high volume recruiting.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
