HR Generalist: Multi-Site Benefits & Onboarding

LaCrosse Footwear is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support Corporate, Retail Stores, Distribution Centers, and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of HR experience and preferably a bachelor's degree in HR along with HR certification.
