Physical requirements: This position requires frequent climbing of ladders, lifting and carrying materials, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Candidates must be able to safely perform these essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.You should have: Expert knowledge of all product lines and installation methods. The ability to quickly diagnose and resolve service issues. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. General technology knowledge. Excellent organization and time management. The ability to think quickly and adapt in the field. A proactive leadership style with outstanding communication skills. The ability to build positive relationships with customers, employees, and subcontractors while delivering win-win solutions every time.We're looking for leaders who take pride in delivering outstanding results! Meet or exceed branch revenue goals. Maintain outstanding 90-Day Branch Quality. Keep projects on schedule according to GDI budgeting timelines. Achieve 90%+ customer satisfaction on service surveys. Apprentice Installer within 3 months. Installer Lead Installer within 9 months. Subcontractor fully qualified for installation within 3 months. Generate online reviews from at least 30% of completed installations.
