Ensure Regulatory Compliance & Quality: Conduct clinical audits, monitor quality indicators, and maintain compliance with CMS, state, and federal long‑term care regulations while driving continuous quality improvement initiatives. Recruit, Develop & Retain Nursing Staff: Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and ongoing staff education to build a strong, engaged nursing team. Support Resident Care & Team Success: Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate clinical policies and best practices, and step in to support floor staff whenever needed to ensure exceptional resident outcomes. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. BLS Provider preferred. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Work Experience: 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
