Program Director for LifeWise Academy

As program director, you'll help lead and grow your community's LifeWise program by:

• Developing positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members
• Serving as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community
• Communicating the vision and impact of the program

• Coordinating local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns
• Leading donor communication, appreciation and stewardship
• Conducting church presentations, fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities and community outreach initiatives
• Encouraging ongoing financial partnerships to help sustain and grow the program
• Utilizing the LifeWise Academy fundraising strategies

• Recruiting, training, encouraging and supporting team members
• Fostering a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture for students and families
• Coordinating teams to ensure classes run smoothly and safely

• Overseeing communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks
• Assisting with budgeting, fundraising coordination and stewardship of resources
• Maintaining compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures

• Families are supported and are connected to the local church

• Donors and community partners feel connected to the mission and impact

Position details:

• Part-time position (approximately 15-20 hours per week)
• Some daytime availability required during school hours
• Occasional weekend, evening or community events
