Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Warehouse Assistant to join their team. The Customer Service Warehouse Assistant will provide operational support, including loading and unloading trucks, as well as assisting with customer inquiries.

**Only candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish will be considered for this position.**

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive, to manage daily tasks and communications.
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and order information.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and preparing inventory and shipments.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries as needed.
• Operate a pallet jack safely to move products within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in both office and warehouse areas.
• Support various departments and take on additional tasks as business needs require.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
