CLUB - Overnight Member Services Rep

Job Details Location: Mesa, AZ 85205 Title: Member Services Representative Reports To: Club Manager FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Responsibilities Provide a positive, judgment‑free environment and serve members with outstanding customer service. Promote membership and Black Card amenities to new and existing members. Assist at the welcome desk: check‑in members, greet and farewell them, and guide tours and enrollment. Maintain club cleanliness and sanitation. Recruit and welcome new members into fitness classes. Act as a team leader and role model, encouraging members and fellow staff. Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Passion for helping others. High‑school diploma or GED equivalent. Dependable punctuality and time‑management skills. Ability to understand and meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50lbs and handling hazardous materials. Physical Demands Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50lbs. Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch.
