Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely to Chick-fil-A's high standards
Manage kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep
Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness and orderliness at all times
Stay updated on new products and complete all opening or closing tasks
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues promptly
Adhere to Chick-fil-A's dress code and operational policies

Qualifications & Requirements

Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented with a cheerful, positive attitude
Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work well independently or in a team
Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Capable of lifting 30-40 lbs regularly and standing for long periods
High school diploma or equivalent
