Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLP, SLP-CFY, or SLPA license (Minnesota state eligibility required)
• Experience with school-based caseloads or healthcare settings (preferred)
• Confidence in teletherapy and in-person intervention models
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Enthusiasm for working with students from kindergarten through eighth grade
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across two sites
• Manage and maintain an assigned K-8 caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and report findings effectively
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success
• Deliver services both in person and via teletherapy if needed
• Support generalization of skills within classroom and school settings
