We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts in Greensboro, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract position will manage the hiring lifecycle from candidate outreach through offer coordination, helping the organization attract candidates with experience in corporate roles. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing ability, sound interview practices, and confidence working within applicant tracking systems to keep recruitment activity organized and efficient.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned openings, from intake discussions through candidate selection and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines by identifying prospective candidates through sourcing channels, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and adjust search strategies as business needs evolve.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, and overall fit for corporate positions.
• Manage job postings, applicant records, and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, collect feedback from stakeholders, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
• Recommend recruiting strategies that improve candidate quality, time-to-fill, and overall hiring efficiency.
• Prepare and communicate offer-related details while maintaining a detail-oriented and positive candidate experience throughout the process.• Demonstrated experience handling full cycle recruitment in a corporate environment.
• Strong background in sourcing candidates through multiple channels and developing talent pipelines.
• Proven ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates against job-specific requirements.
• Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage recruiting activity and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a thoughtful approach to candidate interaction.
