Responsibilities Configure and manage CNC equipment to execute complex machining tasks with high precision. Analyze technical blueprints and engineering schematics to guide production workflows. Optimize machine performance by performing proactive adjustments and routine troubleshooting. Validate component integrity using advanced hand metrology tools like calipers and micrometers. Execute CNC machine setup and changeover processes to minimize downtime and maximize throughput. Maintain a secure and organized workspace, adhering to all industrial safety protocols. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine manufacturing processes and boost operational efficiency. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience operating CNC mills and lathes in a production environment. Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and interpreting geometric dimensions. Expertise in precision measurement and quality verification. Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and maintain equipment uptime. Preferred Skills Technical certification or degree in machining or related manufacturing fields. Experience with multi-axis machining centers (3-5 axis) and horizontal machining.
