Customer Service a must, well groomed and polite. Open 7 days a week-this job requires days, nights and weekends. Must be out of high school as some nights may be closing after 10 PM
Must be able to catch machine simple machine stops as well.

Job Summary: This position reports directly to the Bowling Counter Manager and the Operations Manager. The primary concern of this position is to provide excellent customer service to all guests. The position must gain an overall knowledge of all service positions on the bowling/arcade/laser tag side. They must smile and greet every guest with enthusiasm. This person must be able and willing to complete each task on the checklist. This person must carry a great attitude and be willing to learn new things and take direction well.
Additional Responsibilities:
*know all POS systems
* answer the phone with enthusiasm and professionalism. (Learn our greeting)
*operate lane machine (specified employees)
*operate laser tag under proper protocol
*clean anything and everything
*catch minor machine stops (specified employees)
*stock arcade and keep a tidy work area
*serve our guests to the best of your ability
$12 per hour
