• Partner directly with Project Managers and leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy.
• Gain broad exposure to project accounting, revenue recognition, billing, and collections.
• Be trusted to influence financial decisions through analysis of costs, margins, cash flow, and project performance.
• Work in a dynamic project-based environment where your contributions are highly visible.
• Expand expertise in percentage-of-completion accounting and construction/project accounting practices.
• Develop advanced skills with project forecasting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and project leadership teams.
• Work with industry-standard tools and processes, including AIA billing, schedules of values, and change order management.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and financial performance reporting.
• Support percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and maintain related contract documentation.
• Prepare and submit client billings, progress invoices, AIA payment applications, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor project margins, underbillings, overbillings, and cash flow performance.
• Review and process change orders, budget updates, and contract modifications.
• Manage accounts receivable activities, collections efforts, and payment issue resolution.
Qualifications: • Experience in project accounting, construction accounting, project billing, or accounts receivable.
• Knowledge of percentage-of-completion accounting, WIP reporting, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
