Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a senior clinical specialist to drive robotic surgical technology adoption at customer accounts. The role involves training surgical teams, managing system implementations, and supporting technology launches for the ROSA system across key facilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable technology implementation and support
- Lead training pathways for surgeons, staff, and administrators on robotic systems
- Coordinate system installations and provide clinical support during enabling cases
- Partner with technology and field service teams on new account onboarding and upgrades
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or technical discipline preferred
- Minimum 4 years clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills
- Proven track record of achieving strong results
- Up to 75% travel availability
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 base salary plus $75,000 incentive
