Make a real impact supporting students with unique and diverse needs in a contract Occupational Therapy assignment. This role focuses on providing direct services to school-aged individuals ranging from kindergarten through age 22, specifically within a Low Incidence Program dedicated to autistic support, life skills, and students with multiple disabilities. You’ll be based at a well-regarded education center known for its commitment to fostering student growth and independence.

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

• Current licensure and credentials as an Occupational Therapist
• School-based OT background, particularly within programs supporting autism, life skills, or multiple disabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage a complex caseload and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and compliance requirements
• Comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and communicating effectively with staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload spanning K–age 22 within the Low Incidence Program
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Maintain thorough and compliant paperwork, documentation, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the broader goals of student support teams
• Consult with educators, aides, and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach to student development
