Client Service Associate

sits on-site with the client and ensures the security and preservation of records. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and listen to customers to understand inquiries and requests in order to provide accurate information and prompt assistance File and retrieve documents as required either, hard copy, electronically or microfiche Coordinate information creation, receipt, storage retrieval and disposition Catalog electronic records in accordance with established procedures and records management standards. Ensure security and preservation of records in records centers and inactive records Exhibit excellence in customer service and the ability to serve others Ensure application of retention schedules to inactive records Answer verbal, telephone, written and E-mail inquiries, regarding records requests in an efficient manner Prepare new files within the records system guidelines Other duties as assigned Competencies: Results oriented Driven by client satisfaction Strong integrity, solid business ethics Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Expert in customer service skills, professional attitude and appearance Good organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Attention to detail Able to speak clearly so listeners understand, identify and understand the speech of another person Visual acuity Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision Flexibility in dealing with simultaneous projects Ability to learn skills quickly Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of Microsoft products pertaining to the specific position including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel etc. Physical Demands: Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.) Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently Travel: No travel required. Full time: Minimum of 80 hours/calendar year. Part time/temporary: Minimum of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked. PTO amounts may increase based on tenure and/or the assigned account. PTO allows employees to take approved time off for any reason. Bonuses:
