Insurance Agent - Account Executive

Job Description

You'll work directly alongside a top-performing Farmers Agency Owner, gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, client relationships, business operations, leadership, and agency growth. You'll learn what it actually takes to build a pipeline of clients and drive growth in the Agency.

What You'll Learn:

Sales and business development
Marketing and lead generation
Client relationship management
Insurance and financial services
Agency growth strategies

What You'll Do:

Connect with prospective clients by phone, text, email, and referrals
Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
Prepare insurance quotes and proposals
Develop sales and communication skills through hands-on coaching
Work alongside successful agency owners and industry professionals

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to pass a background check
Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses

And yes, we pay for your Insurance Licensing. :)
