Staffing Coordinator

Description Provides daily centralized staffing function for nursing units through monitoring, placement and updating of daily staffing worksheets. Inputs low census and absences in Kronos. Works under the direction of the House Supervisor to assure appropriate distribution of staff to nursing units including arranging for staff to support nurse unit matrices. Adhering to all labor contracts and policies. Position has high call volume and must meet all contractual deadlines. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
