Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and other equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to facilitate accurate repairs.
• Conduct air conditioning system maintenance including filter replacements, refrigerant recharges, and system troubleshooting.
• Lead or assist with construction or renovation projects as needed to improve facility infrastructure.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation for all repairs and inspections.
• Support team efforts by providing guidance on equipment repair procedures and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Assist in training junior technicians or new team members on equipment operation and repair techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems efficiently.
• Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Experience in construction or facility maintenance is highly desirable.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to guide team members during projects or repairs.
• Proficiency in diagnosing issues related to air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and general equipment repair.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in maintenance operations.
