The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range: $97,900.00 - $146,900.00 Purpose Statement Responsible for manufacturing site finance functions. Supervises and mentors site finance, cost and administrative staff. Helps ensure site financial and operational objectives are met, financial results for the site are accurately reported and corporate policies and procedures are followed. Key Job Accountabilities Create and implement reporting providing actionable insight to support and influence decision making and proactively manage financial results. Lead the site forecast process. Prepare accurate monthly financial forecasts, and weekly financial updates in accordance with reporting timelines. Highlight areas of concern for management to proactively take action. Lead risk mitigation and cost recovery initiatives at the site, and help ensure pricing models are managed appropriately. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures related to processes under the scope of responsibility. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in processes and systems. Provide a strong and effective internal control environment, where policies and procedures are regularly monitored internally for ongoing effectiveness in order to ensure that financial results are materially correct. Responsible for accurate and timely preparation and review of monthly close entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation to support financial balances. Develop a high-performing team, providing regular feedback, and focus on mentoring, personal and career development, succession planning and career mapping. Education/Experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field, or a Master's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. May require previous supervisory experience. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Five (5) years of related experience is required; Three (3) years of equivalent industry experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered. Other Qualifications Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace or Excel, JDE, and PowerPoint. Excellent financial analysis and problem solving skills. The ability to develop complex models to meet business requirements. Advanced verbal and written skills. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all customer and company information is required. Ability to work with people at all levels, including senior management. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Physical Requirements Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
