Bilingual Client Experience Specialist

Supporting four advisory practices, the full-time remote Bilingual Client Experience Specialist will provide exceptional service to clients, manage client requests, and collaborate with advisory teams to enhance client relationships and identify financial planning opportunities. Key responsibilities Deliver a best-in-class client experience through proactive engagement and streamlined processing of client requests Collaborate with advisory team members to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Coordinate documentation and communication for financial planning opportunities and client meetings Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in financial services and/or customer experience Fluency in Spanish Series 65 FINRA registration within the corporate-established timeline; current Series 65 strongly preferred Experience in client service roles
