It represents both individual and corporate clients through consultations, negotiations, litigation, trials, and appeals. Requirements:

• New England firm with national client seeks insurance defense/litigation attorney 5 to 10 years of experience in insurance defense and tort litigation

• Requires Rhode Island bar License.

• The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials and possess strong analytical and writing skills.

• She/he will be self-motivated, hardworking, proactive, and dedicated to a very high level of client service.

• Should have experience in conducting depositions, attending court conferences, drafting pleadings, interacting with clients and adjusters, and negotiating settlements.

• Billable hours required would be 1800 .
