Senior Employment and Regulatory Counsel

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Employment And Regulatory Counsel to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Redwood City, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $240,000 - $300,000 annually Responsibilities Advise various teams on HR compliance, recruiting, and pay equity reporting Lead employment law efforts for international expansion and corporate initiatives Act as privacy counsel on employee data protection Draft tailored employment agreements and policies Deliver training on HR and employment law topics for managers Conduct compliance reviews of employment-related practices Monitor and update on employment law changes to inform stakeholders Qualifications JD from a top law school; active membership in one U.S. State bar 8+ years of related experience including 3+ years at a premier law firm or government agency Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Motivated self-starter able to multi-task in a dynamic environment Experience managing civil litigation from start to finish Benefits Excellent benefits package Competitive compensation Generous equity plan Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ladders
