• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients using established standards and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure safe, effective outcomes
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in daily care
• Collaborate with the care team to monitor patient status, progress, and discharge planning

Requirements

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• ICU/critical care nursing experience preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced inpatient setting
• Willingness to participate in a travel assignment starting 08/17/2026 for 8 weeks
