The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in related discipline, with 5 years or more of professional experience, 4 years professional experience with a related Master's degree, or equivalent combined education/experience- Must have an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance - Knowledge of manufacturing/quality processes and documentation-Experience developing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured products-Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts - Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming materialDesired Skills:- Root Cause & corrective action implementation experience including Failure Review Board chair or co-chair-Experience working with multiple levels of Government customers and stakeholders-Experience with MRA/Readiness Reviews-Experience solving complex problems associated with the quality of products- Effective communication skills including written, oral and listening and technical writing-Demonstrated presentation skills-A strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)-Thorough understanding in AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems-Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment with strong skills in AS9100 certification and compliance requirements-Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt / Black Belt)-Ability to travelSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 yearsOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
