North America Planning Student Program - Feature Planning

STUDENT PROGRAM FORMAT:

This student program follows a format in which participants work remotely during the academic year (September through April) and onsite during the summer (May through August). Remote work must be performed from a location within the United States. During the academic year, students who reside in the Metro Detroit area are highly encouraged to work onsite at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, as their schedules permit. During the academic year, students are expected to work 24 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Students selected for the program will work with their manager to establish a consistent weekly schedule that fulfills the 24-hour requirement while accommodating their class schedule. During the summer months (May through August), students are expected to work onsite at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Students may be required to relocate and may work up to 40 hours per week during this period, based on business needs and management discretion. Relocation assistance may be available to students who meet specific eligibility requirements. Student program cohorts begin quarterly in January, April, June, and September. Students are intended to remain in the program through graduation.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS:

The North America Feature Planning team helps shape the Stellantis corporate vision with the identification, ideation, and prioritization of new and innovative customer-facing feature concepts. Our team applies a customer-centric approach, heavily leveraging efforts within our research, competitive intelligence, and brand teams. This role will be responsible for the following: Create or modify feature assets using photo or video editing software. Synthesize feature specific customer research and competitive benchmarking information. A successful candidate possesses the ability to translate consumer insights into feature concepts with a blend of creative, technical, and program management skills. A passion for self-guided and in-depth research and reflection is critical in developing a well-rounded knowledge of the market and its opportunities for feature development.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Digital Media, User Experience (UX) Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from an accredited college or university Must have completed at least one year of undergraduate study at the time of hire Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications Proficient in the Adobe Photoshop Suite Video / photo editing experience Able to work 24 hours per week, year-round Willingness to relocate, if necessary
