CODE SENSEI (INSTRUCTOR) — Code Ninjas Seattle
Guide students (ages 7–14) through coding projects, help them think through problems, and celebrate their wins as they level up. Create a fun, safe environment where kids actually want to show up, help run Parent's Night Out and birthday parties, and keep the dojo ready to go. W ho You Are
- Experience working with kids (coaching, tutoring, babysitting, mentoring)
- Outgoing, energetic, and genuinely fun to be around
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and coachable
- Willing to learn as you go
- Flexible afternoon, evening, and Saturday hours (6–15 hrs/week)
- Comprehensive on-the-job training
- Close-knit, supportive team
- Real experience for college applications and future careers
