Registered Nurse (RN) - Float - $35-55 per hour

Overview St.Luke's Health System is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) Float for a nursing job in Boise, Idaho. This position is part of our Clinical Support Unit (Float Pool) within the Critical Care service line and involves inter‑facility floating across Boise, Meridian, and Nampa. After orientation, the Clinical Support Unit offers a 10% differential above the base rate, and a sign‑on bonus is available for external candidates. Responsibilities Identify patient needs and determine priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for patients assigned. Initiate assessments based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's diagnosis, and the functional health framework. Perform therapeutic nursing interventions. Manage care of patients. Document care based on standards of care, patient acuity, and clinical priorities. Advocate for evidence‑based practice and support adoption of innovations in care delivery. Provide patient‑centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing. At least 1 year of RN experience. Current RN licensure from the State of Practice. Experience in a critical care or related setting is preferred.
