Implementation Engineer, Digital Diagnostics (DDx)

PathAI seeks an Implementation Engineer to support digital diagnostics customers through SaaS implementations and technical integrations. The role involves managing customer relationships, coordinating system deployments, and providing escalation support for pathology labs and clinical trial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with pathology labs, academic medical centers, and clinical trial customers
• Deliver hands-on technical implementation support coordinating with customer IT and internal teams
• Manage implementation project schedules, track risks and issues, and communicate progress to customers
• Serve as escalation point and application expert for customer support team on rotating on-call basis

Requirements

• 2-5 years client-facing SaaS implementation experience
• Strong analytical skills and project management rigor
• Experience resolving complex customer issues and escalations
• Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation
• Knowledge of laboratory information systems (Epic Beaker, Novopath, Cerner)
• Fluent in English; Portuguese or French preferred
• Ability to travel up to 20%

Compensation: $48,000-$73,600 based on Boston, MA location
