Quality Technician - $18/hr - Fort Worth, TX (1st Shift)

Core Personnel Staffing is hiring a Quality Technician for a growing industrial adhesive tape manufacturer in southeast Fort Worth. If you have a sharp eye for detail and inspection experience, and you want a clean, climate-controlled facility with a steady day shift, this is a great fit.

What's in it for you

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What you'll do

• Inspect products against company quality and safety standards and applicable regulations
• Perform standardized quality checks without slowing down production
• Make sure test equipment is calibrated and working correctly
• Record test data, maintain inspection reports, and draft quality reports
• Flag quality issues to your supervisor and suggest process improvements

What you'll need

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience as a quality or inspection technician (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong math skills and comfort working with measurements and data
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Solid, dependable work history
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Good to know

• Personal cell phones are not permitted on the production floor.
• Closed-toe shoes are required, and shorts and skirts are not allowed on the shop floor.
• You must pass a background check and a standard drug screen.
