Nurse Manager - Cardiac Cath Lab

Nurse Manager – Cardiac Cath Lab | Temp-to-Perm

Location: Morristown, NJ

Schedule: Flexible start time, 7:00 AM–9:00 AM

Morristown Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead a high-volume Cardiac Cath/EP Lab program.

Requirements:

5+ years of management/leadership experience
5+ years of Cath Lab or EP experience
Experience in a large, complex medical center/teaching hospital
Experience managing 4–5+ Cath Labs
Critical Care/High-Risk cardiovascular experience
Structural Heart program experience preferred
BSN or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing/related field
Active RN license and BLS required
Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily Cath Lab and EP operations
Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance
Manage budgets, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance
Partner with physicians and hospital leadership
Support expansion of Cath, EP, Structural Heart, and cardiogenic shock programs
