Key Skills / Responsibilities Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night questions. Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit – balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is accurate. Guardian of the Glow‑Up: Keep the property safe with regular security walks. The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on overnight operations. Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand‑in‑hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top‑notch. Tech‑Savvy Problem Solver: Comfortable with Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs, and capable of solving problems independently. Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial. 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
