Join our amazing team! Our Office Manager position is a great opportunity to work with a leading Biotech company! This contract to permanent positions is a great opportunity to take ownership of the office environment and operations! Pay: $35-$41/hr (DOE) Schedule: M-F 8a-5p; flexible to be reached after hours for questions/general support) Job Type: Contract to Permanent Location : (100% onsite- Plano) At this time, Astrix cannot transfer nor sponsor a work Visa for this position. Office Manager Daily Tasks : What you will do: Supervisor and mentor 3 direct reports including setting priorities tracking performance Oversee office supplies, vendor contracts, facility services, and maintain an efficient office environment Manage and triage sensitive matters with discretion Prepare and distribute weekly reports to leadership Leverage NetSuite/Oracle systems for vendor management, reporting, workflow tracking Office Manager Qualifications/Requirements: 5+ years of Office Management experience with a growing/scaling company Experience with supervising direct reports Proficiency with NetSuite/Oracle ERP systems We strongly encourage candidates who have some of the skills to apply.
