Senior Vice President - Head of Product and Revenue Management

Overview Senior Vice President and Head of Product and Revenue Management will report directly to the Chief of Product and Relationship Management and lead product strategy, pricing, revenue management, and customer billing for the FRFS product suite including FedLine®, FedACH®, Check Services, Fedwire®, Securities, and the National Settlement Service. Responsibilities Develop and execute a unified product strategy for FRFS offerings. Provide strategic leadership for pricing, revenue management, and customer billing. Work with leaders across FRFS to advocate for customer‑centric solutions aligned with the overall customer experience strategy. Ensure FRFS pricing supports cost recovery obligations while advancing broader business strategy. Collaborate with System Information Technology to meet customer needs for functionality, stability, security, resiliency, and cost effectiveness. Create a customer‑first culture and foster a cohesive understanding of customer usage. Develop close relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, including the Board of Governors and the U.S. Department of Treasury. Engage actively in internal and external commitments to influence payments system quality, efficiency, and risk mitigation. Champion creativity, innovation, and idea generation to drive new product development and enhance existing offerings. Work with the Customer and Industry Engagement leadership team to understand industry and customer needs and prioritize product development and pricing strategies. Influence efforts that improve payments system quality, efficiency, and risk mitigation through participation in committees, conferences, and other engagements. Qualifications Proven experience with a product‑centric operating model. Strong interest and knowledge of payment systems and the broader payments landscape. Track record of successful leadership driving results and managing change within a virtual team. Strong execution and accountability for results. Proficiency in rethinking business models or established practices. Excellent change management skills, including advocating, anticipating, and orchestrating change. Ability to build a customer‑centric culture through an enterprise approach. Strong business acumen and hands‑on, visible, goal‑oriented leadership. Strong collaboration and listening skills with an interest in building trust at all levels. Champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Outstanding people management, coaching, and mentoring abilities. Progressive yet humble leadership style with innovative product strategy views. Experience assessing risk and establishing risk tolerance while balancing business needs. Intellectual curiosity and agility with a willingness to experiment and innovate. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or similar field (MBA or equivalent preferred); 10+ years of progressive business executive leadership experience. Prior experience in payments, financial services, treasury, credit risk, or supervision preferred but not required. Location The selected candidate will reside within 50 miles of the employed Reserve Bank location and work full‑time onsite as required by the district. Preferred locations include Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Kansas City, New York, and SanFrancisco. Compensation Expected starting salary range for this position in Chicago: $337,200 to $398,900 annually, plus potential annual performance‑based discretionary bonuses.
