About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Business Development and Sales to lead its strategic growth and market expansion efforts. A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced financial certification preferred. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, with a sales-oriented and customer-first approach, and will demonstrate exceptional communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills. Cultural competency and the ability to work effectively across diverse populations, particularly within the ELCA, are also essential.
