About the Position

We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician for an exciting locum opportunity in South Carolina . This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who enjoy both clinical practice and resident education in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Position Highlights

• Specialty: Internal Medicine/ Family Practice 
• Location: South Carolina
• Start Date: October 5, 2026
• Assignment: Ongoing coverage
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Call)
• Setting: Outpatient

Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise 1–4 Internal Medicine residents each week
• Provide direct patient care when not supervising residents
• See 20–25 patients per day when no residents are in clinic
• Work in a collaborative environment focused on patient care and physician education

Requirements

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine/ Family Practice 
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
• Prior locum/travel experience preferred
• Comfortable supervising residents in an outpatient clinical setting
