Full-Time Float Teacher - Parsippany, NJ

For more than 26 years, we have provided on‑site educational services in hospitals, helping school‑age patients continue their education during treatment and reintegrate successfully into the classroom. We are seeking a passionate and creative teacher to join our team in New Jersey on a full‑time basis for the school year. This unique position involves working in fast‑paced behavioral health facilities, providing academic support to child and adolescent school‑age patients in a small classroom setting while they receive treatment. Responsibilities In this role you will: Plan and deliver daily lesson plans. Provide individualized assistance to students. Communicate regularly about student progress as needed. Monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success. Maintain accurate attendance and session reports. Teach in classes ranging from 8 to 15 students. Schedule & Travel This position requires a 40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. You will travel between Boonton, Passaic, Chester, and Parsippany, NJ. Qualifications B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution. NJ State standard teaching license. Comfortable working with K‑12 students. Strong organizational skills.
