Senior Manager, Business Ops / Finance

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support short- and long-term business objectives Partner with business and functional leaders to provide financial insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations that drive performance Oversee management reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, controls, and operational efficiency Support strategic initiatives, including investment evaluations, cost optimization, and business case development Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements Lead and develop finance talent, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required) MBA or advanced degree (preferred) Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, business operations, or related roles Demonstrated experience in financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence at the senior leadership level Experience leading teams and developing talent in a matrixed environment Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance, and financial governance Experience supporting a global or multi-business organization (preferred) Background in medical devices, life sciences, or a regulated industry (preferred) Experience driving process improvements or finance transformation initiatives (preferred) Advanced financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities (preferred) Prior experience partnering with operations, supply chain, or commercial teams (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Hard Skills Financial Modeling Scenario Planning Variance Analysis Budgeting Cost Optimization Soft Skills Analytical Skills Problem-Solving Collaboration Influencing Skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
